Save time and money using the Boat Vent® circle cutter. Setup the cutter using the correct Boat Vent® 2 or Boat Vent® 3 shaft length and simply push down and a turn the handle. The blade below will easily cut through the canvas leaving you with the perfect hole size for the vent.
